Inspira Nutrition Shipping Policy

At Inspira Nutrition, we are dedicated to delivering our premium products to you in the best condition possible. Our shipping policy is crafted to ensure that your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Schedule:

• We dispatch orders at the beginning of the week, primarily on Monday. This timing is intentional to avoid weekend delays and to guarantee that your products remain in optimal condition.
• Should you place an order later in the week, rest assured it will be shipped out the following Monday to maintain our quality standards.
  

Arrive Frozen Guarantee:

• We guarantee your order will arrive frozen, if your spirulina arrives melted promptly take photos and send our customer success team contact@inspiranutrition.com before the end of delivery day.
  
• If your order arrives melted and we are notified by end of business day, we will send a replacement the following week.
  
• If order arrives melted twice, your purchase is eligible for a complete refund at the sole discretion of Inspira Nutrition.

• Our delivery guarantee applies only to orders shipped to a residential house or apartment address. To qualify for the guarantee, you must notify us of any issue with your order by submitting a photo or otherwise contacting us no later than 11:59 PM (midnight) on the day of delivery. Claims made after this window are not eligible for replacement. 
  

• No guarantee is provided for orders shipped to a drop point, business address, or any non-residential location. Orders sent to these locations are received at the customer’s own risk, and we are not responsible for product condition, spoilage, or loss upon delivery.

Packaging and Preservation:

• Our products are packed with dry ice and/or Low temp PCM to ensure they stay frozen until they reach you.
• We provide 2-day shipping for all orders to ensure prompt delivery.
• Do not touch dry ice and leave in well ventilated place until fully sublimated
• Our unique ice packs melt at sub freezing temperatures and should not be handled while frozen. They are a proprietary saline solution and can be poured down any drain.
• If your freezer is cold enough (< 0º), the ice packs are reusable as well!

Order Tracking:

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, allowing you to monitor its progress to your doorstep.
